I don't know about your service but with Verizon your username is 5555555555@verizon.net (your phone # in place of 5's) and password is just the phone # with area code. The access # is #777. I use the verizon driver already built in. Thats it. All works well here.

Download and install make sure you get the one for 10.3. after you install restart your mac while holding command S. when the text stops scrolling type applejack and hit return. pick the auto option. when it finishes tell it do due auto once more.
