Delay startup of MSN Messenger for wifi to initialize

Hi,

Everytime my Powerbook boots up, I am confronted with an error message of MSN Messenger stating that it can not log in. After a few seconds, when my WiFi network is initialized, I can press the Retry button and everything works OK.

Is there a way to delay the launch of MSN Messenger with a couple of seconds, or let it load only when the WiFi connection is established?

Furthermore, can MSN Messenger be started automatically minimized to the Dock?

Thanks.

You should be able to change settings/preferences so MSN mess does not start automatically at each boot. Just open the app when you're ready.

I would never have a 'connecting' app connect at boot time for the reasons that you see - you can't really control how quickly the connection completes before the software begins loading (too quickly).
