Few questions about Mac

Hello there!
I am Windows user (I used ubuntu, edubuntu, linux..etc, also) and I want to ask you few questions:

1- Will Mac OS X newest version work on Windows PC (With Intel Processors)?

2- Is possible Mac OS to run .exe files? (I know executable files are Microsoft's files and they are used in Windows :D )?

Mac OS X is really attractive to me :)
Thank you :)

1. Mac OS X only works on Apple-branded computers. You cannot load Mac OS X onto a regular off-the-shelf Windows PC. Buy a Mac if you want to use OS X. There is an entire community dedicated to "hacking" Mac OS X to run on generic Intel hardware, but this site probably won't be much help in doing that. There are a ton of places that are more than willing to, though -- Google is your friend in finding these places.

2. .exe files are Windows-specific. You must be running Windows to run .exe files. You can run Windows on your Mac a few different ways: natively, virtualized (VirtualBox, Parallels, Fusion), or "semi-virtualized" with a program like Crossover.

You missed the beginning of that line about System Requirements: "Macs with an Intel Core 2 Duo Intel Core i3... etc.
So, Mac OS X begins with an Apple-branded computer, ergo, a Mac...

The various hackintosh sites provide some direction to install OS X on non-Apple PCs, but Apple does not support that use, nor does this site.
