How do ypou change the short name?

Hi, Sorry for the probably simple question to most! BUT how do you change the short name of a user once it has been set up on install?

Because the wrong one was entered. You can use it to change users quicker instead of typing the whole name of the user in. Also it is annoying if the wring one is entered as it shows up in the network etc wrong.

It also recommends just leaving the short name alone, but if you really need to change it, that's how Apple suggests you do it.

I have had a look and decided to leave it as is. Maybe if i do a re-install later on i will do it then. The person i got the machine from set the short name to aaa. Just annoys me when i see it. But would annoy me more if i had a bodge job trying to change it.
