Mac OS X 10.4.10 in development

Cool! Will this be an alternative to buying Leopard?
Well, no. It'll just be a bugfix update to Tiger. Just like 10.4.9 was. Of course you _can_ stay off Leopard and use 10.4.9 or 10.4.10, but it's not intended as an alternative or anything.

I usally wait till they release 10.x.1 of anything because, it always seems that theres a small bug that kills me.

I'm going to stick to Tiger at the moment and first check if my router, HP all-in-one printer etc... accept Leopard. And if I'm really going to update, then only my MacBook because my iBook is already quite slow, and with Leopard... I don't even want to imagine.

For many years since 6.04 to 10.4.9. Never see .10 now, Therefore apple's first time to have 10.4.x its very strange to see this.

Back in the days of classic Mac OS, you _wouldn't_ have seen it. They would've gone from, say, 6.08 to 6.1, treating these numbers as decimals.

As Leopard is still aalmost half a year away, I think it's a good thing that Apple brings another Update for Tiger. Thumbs up from me
