Macbook Light ON, But No Dispaly

Do you hear the hard drive spinning up? I ask because by your limited description it is hard to figure it out.

Did you get the Mac startup "bong" sound?
 
Try reseating your RAM memory sticks. Swap them between the two slots. You will need to push on each chip quite firmly for the RAM to be fully seated.
 
The MacBook was bought in London in december 2008.

What is a good place to deliver it in London?... With Affordable and Cheap Repair

I also found this one apple repairs in london

Anyone has any experience with the one mentioned above or any other suggestions? Plz Advice

Can anybody suggest me any good repairing centre in Fulham London...

How about applerepairsinlondon. Is it good to give to them..

Are they Efficient enough...
