Mail duplication

All my incoming emails now arrive in duplicate. I have trashed apple.mail preferences, but that made no difference.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Sometimes that is the fault of the ISP. Have you contacted them?

Yes and no. Some are .mac emails direct to my inbox from another .mac user, others are Gmail (forwarded from Gmail to .Mac).

Sometimes that is the fault of the ISP. Have you contacted them?
