Safari problems w OS 0.9

Safari does not load properly. It also freezes if I wait long enough. Any advice?

Should be os 10.9.

Thought i read that there is a new Safari for 10.9. Do you have it? (I haven't upgraded)

Also check your System Preferences->Network, Advanced tab, DNS. Make sure you are getting a DNS from your router or from your ISP.

Yes it is version 7.
The DNS settings seem fine.

seems like lots of users have struggles with new Safari.
It commonly is one of your existing extensions, such as Glims

I have extensions turned off.

Does another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome work OK for you?
Does Safari launch properly when you are logged in to a different user account? Make a new account just to test this.
