Scheduled Kernel Panic?

The Computer: G5 Dual 2.5Ghz
The OS: OS X 10.5.8
The RAM: 8GB
The Problem: Kernel Panic every morning.
The Explanation: Every morning I wake up with my computer in a Kernel Panic. The fan is blowing full blast.
I never have the problem any other time of the day. It seems to happen between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
The Question: Why is this happening and how do I stop it?
The Thanks: Thank you in advance for any advice. ;-)

Find a file called panic.log, and copy its contents here.
That will tell what happens there.

What peripherals do you have connected, other than the usual mouse and keyboard?
If you don't put the computer to sleep, does it happen then as well? Prevent sleep from system preferences/energy savings, and only dim the screen after x minutes (and lock the screen).

Here is the Panic report from last night.
The computer is set to not sleep already. I will try the screen preferences tonight.
Thanks.

2 Days and no Kernel Panic. You guys are heroes, and thanks for helping me finally get rid of that antivirus.
