Shuffle's USB = Dead

OK I think my shuffle's USB connection is dead. When I connect it to my Mac, my PC or another PC, it won't connect. But just the other day it was working fine on my Mac! The shuffle works fine and plays music like normal, but I can't connect it to any computer I tried resetting it, but I'm afraid it's gone bad or something.

This comes at a bad time for me too

Does the light blink at all when you plug it in?

It does nothing when I connect it to any computer.

Hm well it plays music fine, so it's not 100% dead, but since I can't connect it to a computer or charge it, it's basically useless. And my warranty is up too

I had this happened on my Tibook also. The way I fixed my problem was reset the PRAM.

I tried this, although I knew it wouldn't work because the shuffle doesn't connect to any computer. Thanks though.

My shuffle was producing a blinking orange light, but now it is not blinking at all. System Profiler does not is show that a usb device is connected. I have had it 5 hours.
