Title bar color for firefox(version 3.0)

I'm a new mac user. I love osx leopard with just a few exceptions. I hate the ugly gray menu and title bar colors. I found a utility to change the menu bar color (LeoColorBar) and was able to change the menu bar color to match my firefox theme, (Aeon Clouds 2.9.1). It would be great to change the firefox title bar as well. Do you know of any utility or terminal command that would make this possible? I use the latest version of firefox, 3.0.3.

Well I just use FireFox itself to change most GUI elements. Just launch Firefox and go to the menu item "Tools". There select "Add-ons" and when the popup comes up you can see several menu items and you can select each item and it will take you to a Mozilla site to find what you like. To easy and you don't need ad freeware/shareware third party applications to do the same thing. This way you know Mozilla has tested the theme, plug-in.

Thanks for replying to my post. I'm not sure you understand my request though. The default menu and title bars in Leopard are a transparent gray color. This applies to not only the Firefox title bar but any software or application's title bar that opens in Leopard. The title bar is the bar with the exit, minimize and resize buttons and the name of the application. I can change the color of Leopard's menu bar (LeoColorBar) but not the color of the Firefox menu bar. What I am looking for is a way to change the color of any application's title bar in Leopard. If I could, I wouldn't have the ugly gray Firefox title bar sandwiched between Leopards menu bar and the Firefox menu bar. There are no Firefox add ons that will change a Leopard GUI feature, which the title bar is.

Oops. Made a mistake in my original reply. Should read..(LeoColorBar) but not the color of the Firefox "TITLE" bar (not menu bar)

The operating system is what controls the title bar, not the application. You would have to make a change in the OS to control the title bar's appearance. The same thing goes for the menu bar.

There's this - http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16782857

Of course, I don't know if the theme change will work with FireFox. It will not function on a Carbon App, and I'm not sure about FF.

ShapeShifter does not work in Leopard, and that has been the popular theme tool before Leopard.
Many folks would probably think that Unsanity (who developed various haxies for the Mac) would be better off staying away from Leopard :D - others, like you, want those additional appearance mods. I understand there is a major architectural difference with the Leopard GUI, and, I suppose, only Apple really knows how to do those things. My theory is that Apple prefers the 'consistency' of the present appearance, and isn't sharing much to help other third-party developers do the themes 'thing'
