I like using Task Capture (www.captureworks.com). I think they also have something for large offices as well.

This may be a stupid question but why would it be necessary to use Carbon Copy Cloner to copy all the files from the main drive instead of just dragging the files over to copy them?

Do you have any recommendations on what drive to get? I'd like to have about 250GB without breaking the bank.
