LaCie external FireWire HDs are great..I've used one for years without any problems whatsoever..mine is 120gb but they do much larger capacity drives in the sizes you specify..

Is your Wireless Card an Airport Extreme..? Also is the audio really loud AND dirtorted..? Have you run 'Repair Disk Permissions' from within the 'Disk Utilities"..?

Just had a look at "leopard' on the Apple website where it states 'Coming Spring 2007'...can this be right..?? They're giving us a look at how wonderful it's going to be but then tell us we'll have to wait 7 - 8 months for it..!!!
