Seems that my desktop was mysteriously replaced by this stupid text file (it still opens as one) of song lyrics. I will hate that song forever! I just didn't think one could actually replace one of these directories, now I know better than that...

Internet Explorer vanished like a fart in the wind. All of a sudden. Sharing prefs says that I cannot configure my firewall because there's another firewall software running. But I don't have one!?!?!? Have I been hacked or what is happening?

I actually meant 10.2 Jaguar. I was hoping to get back to something that at least works. I copied the cd:s for Panther from a friend of mine. I guess it's the full installer.

I tried to "reinstall" 10.2, Panther but I cannot boot from that cd. I tried Restart while pressing C-key - disk ejects, while pressing option key - same thing. The applicaion "Install Mac OS X" on this cd bounces for some time and then quit by itself. Is there ANY other options?!?!?

So it it indeed the 2nd install disk that messed things up...even though I haven't done anything with it? First intall cd seemed to work fine, but I got the impression that it was the one that failed. Hmm...

I just a found out a much easier way to type hebrew letters with swedish keyboard by using different keystrokes than the current ones. Is there anyway I can create a layout of my own in order to simplify?

No no...Lucida Grande contains the ugliest arabic letters ever known to man kind. THESE I want to disable. Then, another font called "Diwani Letter" doesn't work at all. It appears in the font list, but TextEdit wont apply it when typing. :(
