Ok guys, I didn't make myself clear... It was about feelings, not being rational. I think it all boils down to this: If I have to get something for free I'd rather have iTools than some iApps.

My feelings about Apple are somewhat changing. The .mac inferno really hurt my feelings. I know it's dumb: it's just a webmail thingy, but still... New Jaguar features, and the new iApps make the Mac look more and more like an advanced PDA instead of a power machine. Computer...

My B&W Studio Display 17'' (CRT) is dead. Repairing is 360 euros. My dilemma: should I: Get it repaired Buy a new 17'' CRT for the same price Buy a 15'' lcd from Apple I want the lcd but they told me it's eol'd! Suggestions?

I went down my local store to buy a flat panel lcd 15'' and they told me that it is EOL. I want one!!!

Hey, I think this is really cool! Just when I was about to get tired of the Aqua translucent look, here comes Apple with a jaguar skin look for 10.2!!! Ok, we've been hearing about Jaguar for ages and might not be impressed, but Joe Public will go "UH?" at the sight of a hairy OS upgrade!

I love sosumi! The Aqua buttons grow old on me. Maybe Jaguar will solve this.

I think we are right on track here... PC sales are down, nonetheless Apple is doing good, and not just by cutting prices to help sales (altough I for one would't mind :D ). Apple is one of the few companies that are actually pushing the boundaries in technological innovation.

I don't think it's gonan happen. Apple is forcing its customers to switch from one platform (Classic) to another (OSX). It would be a terrible mistake to do it all over again with the switch from PowerPC to another CPU. BTW, macosrumors say that this is NOT gonna happen after all…

I voted for re-sampling. If by that you mean the fine art of producing original music on a digital audio workstation, possibly using sampled sounds. :D
