Yep, turned out that unplugging and plugging in the Base Station was all I needed. Eh, so much trouble for such a simple solution. :P

I've checked, double checked, and triple checked. I can get to it fine through its private IP, but for some reason not from the outside. Port mapping is allowing connections to port 8080 to pass through to port 8080 on the server, and the IP hasn't changed. It's getting pretty frustrating.
