I have a windows 2003 server and an iMac. They are thouands of miles apart. Is there a way to automatically FTP files from the Windows server to the iMac? The file size would be about 50MB.

Hmm, I created the file and named it correctly. I also copied and pasted the code. I also put it in the correct directory but when I log out and in again it does not work. Same stupid dialogue appears.
