I'm working on a script but I would like to mount (and then unmount) an Appletalk volume from the command-line. I can of course go to the Go menu, then Local Network and type in the address, and it mounts, but it's just something that I need to do once a day and I want to automate it and...

I have the dock set to autohide, but of course this works even if it isn't. Press the command (apple) key and the tab key. The dock will appear and an application will be shaded. Keep pressing the tab key to switch between running applications, let go to select it.

Quicken 2001 is carbonized, and it works fine... until I open the account register to enter checks and other transactions. Then it crashes. Has anyone else experienced this? Or has had success with it?

OK, so I play with Omniweb and I decide to get rid of it. In MacOS 9 you just drag the file to the trashcan. I can't do that in OS X. It tells me that the file cannot be put in the trash because it cannot be deleted. Wonderful. How do I delete/uninstall it?
