ok, the problem is that i do not have an airport base station, i go online through another network, where i don't have acces to the wi-fi router... isn't a way of bringing the airport card back via software??? i mean, not by connecting it to any network, just by configuring something on the OSX...

ok, i'm agree with you in various points... but something i didn't post, is the price fact...thats why i didn't maxed out the pb ram, for example...it costs $1500 extra! so, those "configurations" are the ones that i can afford... i'm thinking more on the pb than the ibook...because of the pb...
