How can I make my iMac boot programs in a certain order? I want Firefox to be on the screen when it is through booting everything.

It actually converts it to .jpg format.......

Does anyone know how to get an animated gif into the signature of Entourage? When I try it, it turns them into unanimated jpg's.

The best utility I have found by far for OSX and it is absolutly free is a program called, "Macjanitor." It is GUI based program that forces the already existing Apple Daily, Weekly, and Monthly scripts to run. I have found that OnyX 1.4.6 does as good or better. Let me know if you try it.

I am having a similar problem with my DP 1.8 with 160gb drive and 1gb memory. Have run all kind of tests. Mine freezes and says in a number of languages that a restart is required. Only thing I have not tried is to zap pram. That's next.

Run Disk Utility on your permissions, then get MacJanitor and run it. Fixed up my G5 real quick![B]
