Found the problem. I need to DRAG the ringtone into itunes and now it sees it. I thought it could see it in the directory, but it didn't.

How can I transfer an iphoto event to my ipod? Help in iphoto says see the help in itunes. Help in itunes only covers photo sync from a camera. I just want to transfer an event for a short time, then remove it from my ipod later. Can this be done? I have the latest version of Tiger & iLife. Thanks

I ran the repair. I checked the read/write of the library (OK). I dont' know how Font Book works. None of my fonts are listed in it. I opened Word, and all my fonts are available including Helvetica Neue. Does this mean iphoto should see this font?

Unfortunately, I want to display the results as the simulation runs. So I'm guessing the timers will not help. With QuickDraw, I just passed a window to my grpahics routine and drawed to the grafport. But I can't do that with Carbon? Any other ideas?? Thanks, Meg
