I don't know what program i must to use because i want to format flash memory avid nand of my mp3 Digiquest DTF250,please help me!!!when i try to format the mp3,the windows say "windows was unable to complete the format" and he eject the mp3....

Did you try the link that Rhisiart suggested? That company may be able to help you. They sell that mp3 player. email
