Get a disk
(edit) - Get your Leopard installer DVD. You do have that, don't you?
If not, you will need to find one, or better yet, purchase your own copy.
Then, you can:
boot to that disk
Run Change password from the menus - and -
don't forget your new admin password, eh?

Did you read the MacOSX.com's HOWTO & FAQs forum at all? There you would have found the thread [HOWTO] Reset User Password via single user mode.
