I haven't had a chance to try it but it should do what you need.
IPSEC and IP6 are build into 10.2, there is just no way to access them though the front end ... yet.

It does have a VGA port next to the ADC port. I connected an old monitor to it but I did not get the extra tab in the Displays Control Panel. Rebooted with no effect.
Any ideas?

I just reinstalled so I am running, 10.0.4 with the web update:
Server Version: Apache/1.3.19 (Darwin) PHP/4.0.4pl1 DAV/1.0.2
(PHP worked out of the box!!!)
I uncommented mod_dav, and mod_php4 lines in my /etc/httpd/http.conf but web dav doesn't seem to work ... Do I need to do...

IPSec didn't make it into MacOS X but you can get some of it to work by recompiling your kernel.
For info about IPSec, search the darwinfo (http://www.darwinfo.com/) Dev List for ipsec.
