OSX and 9.2.2 work fine on AFP/IP networks. We use win2k as the server (excellent for Mac networks).

I miss being able to cut & paste files in Windows. I also miss the process viewer in the task manager. I have much more control in XP or 2000 of programs and process and columns.(forget 9x me crap):)

XP does this very well. If you have the powertoys you can do a fast user switch with just a key stroke, pretty cool!:)
