i've noticed an odd bug that just cropped up in this build, for some reason finder windows move really choppy, like they aren't utilizing quartz extreme or something.... meh.

just a point, seeing as the 10.3 aqua theme is "metal fusion" the title bars are no longer transparent in the back ground. Just go look at some screens. Personally i didn't like the transparent title bars anyways.

another thing to think about is full reinstall (with erasing partition and everything) on your panther partition. I've noticed that with archive and install, some pieces still kick around and mess things up.
