In os9 the sofware called Soundjam (what is nowadays iTunes) had this subfolder thing and many other features too. It made the folders, even after 30days of downloading it (in unregistered version). I don't think it was never oSx native. But after using it in classic, the folders should be seen...

Open the itools hard disk, what you got with registering. It has 20 MB space for your home pages. Put the pages (you have made with other software) to folder called sites, or something else like that. Then you have a site, like any normal homepages.
