I have updated to 10.4 Tiger on a 17" Powerbook. Bluetooth is not working. I tried to update bluetooth firmware and got the message that the bluetooth hardware could not be found. I; pretty sure that it has worked since the upgrade to Tiger. What could cause this recent development?

My powerbook is a ProTools production machine, so it has multiple partitions so that I may boot Panther when I need to work. But 90% of the time I boot off my Tiger partition to surf the web, use iphoto etc.etc..
When I'm in Panther, I can "Browse Device"...

Since Bluetooth operates in the 2.4 GHz band I was wondering if I can expect to have interference (on a keyboard and mouse) in my apartment which is saturated by 2.4 GHz traffic (mostly thanks to stupid neighbours who have set their WiFi routers to 100% power when they could easily do with 25%).

Whenever I try to sync, I receive the following error on the E2:

I have two macs - one I installed 10.4 the other I didn't.
on the 10.4 mac when I try to create a pairing with my n-gage it crashes the machine about half way through. Work perfectly on the 10.3.9 mac.
