cool, got the toolbar working...

Just installed 10.2, speed increase is real, even without QE. Tell me if I am missing something big here, but: 1) I don't have a nifty new toolbar in my finder windows 2) Minimize in place is not working Do these need to be turned on? If so, how? thanks

I prefer setting position to "top," and then hide it. The only way to then get it is to position the cursor right on the edge of the menu bar. That way, if I do want to access it, it is possible to unhide it, but it is virtually impossible to unhide it unintentionally...
